Do you deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)?

Yes! We offer nationwide delivery across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Orders are shipped to all major cities, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Medina, and many more.

We also provide a self-pickup option in selected cities for your convenience.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Major cities: 1–3 business days
  • Remote areas: 1–7 business days
    You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
What are the shipping costs?
  • Free shipping on orders over 300 SAR
  • Standard shipping fee: 35 SAR (for orders under 500 SAR)
    Note: Some heavy or oversized items may have special shipping rates.
Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Note: Damaged or used tools are not eligible for return unless defective.

What if the product I received is defective?

If you receive a defective tool, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference.

Do your tools come with a warranty?

Yes, most of our power and hand tools come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–2 years).

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Yes, we provide official invoices including Value Added Tax (VAT) for all orders. You can request a corporate invoice during the checkout process by selecting the option "Is Buniess?" and entering your company details.
